In North America they choose to use diesel engines only in larger trucks giving the truck’s engine a longer life and much lower costs to operate. Though in the United States we continue to use the diesel engine in our trucks and not in cars for our primary form of transportation. The use of these diesel engines to give efficiency is used in several large and heavy vehicles. The engine of the diesel is stronger and can take the beating unlike the gas engines.

The diesel engine has guided many machines and submarines for years and years. The diesel engine is simply stronger and more durable then the gasoline engine. It can’t offer a lot in the way of speed but it provides a great amount of torque and power to last for years to come.
