The exact cause for such disease is unknown but some scientists believe that this disease occur when the immune system attacks the body tissues. This type of disease can affect anyone but women between the age of twenty and fifty years are more prone to this disease. This disease is three times more common in women as in men. But there are various treatments which helps the sufferers to reduce the excruciating pain.The symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis come and go. The sign and symptoms of this disease include fatigue, lack of appetite, low grade fever, muscle and joint aches, stiffness and swelling of joints. Muscle and joint stiffness are usually most notable in the morning when the body is inactive after sleep. Pain in the wrists and several joints at a same time is normally caused by this disease. The joints of wrists, hands, feet and knees are mostly attacked by this disease in the early stages. Pains in the neck, jaw, shoulders, elbow etc are caused as the disease progresses slowly. Rheumatoid arthritis can affect anyone. It can’t be said to whom it can affect but there are certain risks that should be kept in mind such as the age, sex, viral exposure, genes. The chances of getting affected by such disease are higher as the age progresses until the age of 80 years and in case of sex females are most common to trigger RA as compared to men. This disease can also be occurred with exposure to any kind of infections or any virus etc. Transfer of certain genes from one generation to another also has a favorable chance of getting affected with such disease. In rheumatoid arthritis, multiple joints are usually inflamed on both sides of the body.
When one comes to know about the contraction of such disease through various signs and symptoms such as continuous uneasiness or discomfort in the body, swelling of joints on both side of the body etc. then medical treatment with the help of doctors or any household measures should be taken care off. Proper progressive plans such as pain management and treatment plan should be adopted by the doctors along with the one who is contracted to such disease. These plans will ensure the removal or eradication of such disease slowly from the person’s body. Daily exercises can also be very helpful in controlling such disease. Exercises will ensure one to feel much better and healthier.
