Social Media Time Capsuling

To me, social networking to some extent represents the idea of time capsuling. I remember as a child learning of the “Golden Record” that was launched into space with Voyager back in 1977, which included recorded music and other artifacts of the time (actually have a copy of this on vinyl I should dig up … I digress) and to some extent, social allows each of us to have this power.

I was surprised to have my worst meal out at when expecting a good experience. Morton’s Steakhouse used to be one of my favorites. They’ve really gone downhill…

What does worst meal out mean? How many meals am I talking about? I’m a foodie with tons of blogs, photos and videos documenting restaurant experiences and my professional sales career encourages regularly dining with customers and business partners. I’ve been diagnosed with high blood pressure into high levels of hypertension. My doctor has prescribed drugs to do my job and I’m challenging myself to see how much I can improve without them. So far the progress has been very encouraging!

I wanted to check in and talk a little bit about reducing blood pressure naturally. High blood pressure is a disease that affects a lot of people and many are unaware of it. In fact it was something I was unaware of.Well in full transparency it’s something that was brought to my attention twice and I ignored. I’ve just not found a need. But at 42, peers encourage me to go and get checked out and make sure that everything’s alright. Probably good advice. The reason that I tend to avoid seeing doctors is, I don’t like them prescribing things and this and that, I think there’s an explanation of cause to every symptom. And I don’t like people look at symptoms and prescribe things for them. I’m slightly overweight, other high stress factors, things like that.
