To me, social networking to some extent represents the idea of time capsuling. I remember as a child learning of the “Golden Record” that was launched into space with Voyager back in 1977, which included recorded music and other artifacts of the time (actually have a copy of this on vinyl I should dig up … I digress) and to some extent, social allows each of us to have this power.
