Problems tend to arise when we lose focus on the employees and tend to place more emphasis on business development. There are three major keys to success that anyone who wants to improve themselves and succeed should know about. They are:

1. Staying inspired and keep yourself motivated. No matter what you do, keeping inspiration with you will improve your success. If you are not interested in what you are doing, your motivation level will wane. However, realizing that it is not what you always will be doing and may only be a means to an end will help keep you motivated and reaching for the goals you have in mind. Evaluate your inspiration level and look where changes can be made and improvements can happen. Increasing your inspiration level will increase and keep you motivated to succeed.
2. Creating goals that are both short term and long term for yourself. Make sure they are goals that are actually reachable and achievable. Picking goals that are so impossible to attain will only make you depressed and you will begin to lack motivation because you will not be able to see the goal with which you want to reach. Setting goals that will happen over time and can be reached quickly will also always give you something to look forward to and reach for. There will always be a new level to reach to keep you motivated and interested in what you are doing. Developing plans for your business and yourself may seem daunting and time consuming, but it is one of the best ways to reach your goals and stay on track. Having these goals in mind but also on paper to keep yourself motivated will make reaching them more of a reality and as you reach these goals you will fill more full filled and ready to meet the next one.
3. Always network with other business owners. Getting to know others that have some of the same goals as you and may be in or have been in similar situations will give you ideas on what to do with your business and keep you motivated through hearing other success stories. Listening to others and hearing about their pitfalls and also successes will give you ideas and ways to do things you may not have thought of. Networking with others and hearing firsthand what made them successful give you inspiration and the knowledge that it can be done. Also, meeting new people may lead to additional ventures you had never thought of or people that would be great to have around that you would want to work with.

One of the critical and rising issues today is obesity and over-weight. More and more people around the world are becoming over weight, which has highly destructive consequences. Being over weight can lead to physical problems like heart attack, diabetes, blood sugar and other chronic heart diseases. But more than that there are certain psychological issues also attached with it. Overweight and obesity can lead de-motivate an individual completely and this can lead to loss of confidence, high levels of self consciousness, different types of withdrawal symptoms, un-socialized behaviors, insomnia and depression.

We live in a world where there is immense competition in work and the stress levels are shooting high. In such a situation even the smallest mistakes can be detrimental to growth and your boss may lose his/her temper over it. In the long run, it is seen as a self-destructive activity because this is destroying the work environment, which will lead to a downfall in productivity, which will equate to losses.
